The Top 3 Stretches for Alleviating Low Back Pain

Every day people come to me asking what they can do about their back pain. Whether it’s from sitting at a desk all day, taking a long car ride, or due to various other reasons.

I start by asking where the pain is located in their back, and a lot of the time, they say the low back.

So today, I would like to share my favorite 3 stretches that can help bring immediate relief for low back pain.

1. Child’s Pose

2. Knees to Chest

3. Supine Twist (Revolved Abdomen Variation)

You can practice these every day as a preventative measure, or anytime you have back pain.

(Please note: If you are experiencing intense pain from a bulging or herniated disc, the Supine Twist pose is not advised).
